Complaint Review Priorities
Review priorities provide guidance on the order in which complaints are processed, taking into account the severity of the violation and the potential scope of harm. FOTBO.AI may also conduct an individual assessment that can change the priority level for a specific case.
| Priority level | Examples of violations |
|---|---|
| Critical (P0) | Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); botnet command and control; use of the Platform to create infrastructure that threatens human life |
| High (P1) | Phishing websites created on the Platform; credential theft through generated forms; fraudulent investment or cryptocurrency projects; DDoS attacks |
| Medium (P2) | Hosting malicious code in generated projects; compromised Client accounts; attempts to exploit Platform vulnerabilities |
| Low (P3) | Spam pages; mass automated generation of low-quality websites or spam networks; malicious registration of multiple accounts |
| Very Low (P4) | Illegal gambling without a license; copyright and trademark claims (DMCA); unauthorized resale of access to the Platform |
Violations Leading to Termination of Cooperation
We take violations of our Terms of Service seriously, and repeated or serious violations may lead to termination of cooperation:
- Projects or accounts may be blocked if there is no response to serious complaints.
- Repeated or frequent violations of the Terms of Service are grounds for termination of cooperation.
- In cases of numerous complaints involving critical violations, especially P0 and P1, cooperation may be terminated entirely in addition to suspension of the specific project, including deletion of the Client’s account.
- Using the Platform’s AI features to systematically create content that violates this policy is considered a material breach of the Terms of Service.
